Shipping Timeframes

We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are processed and shipped within 5-10 business days from the date your order is placed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing Time

Once your order is placed, our team will:

  • Verify your payment and order details
  • Prepare your product for shipment
  • Package your order securely
  • Generate a shipping label and tracking number

You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods

We offer standard shipping to all locations. Shipping times may vary based on your location:

  • Domestic (United States): 5-10 business days from shipment
  • International: 10-20 business days from shipment (may vary by country)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or customs processing for international orders.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to:

  • Track your package in real-time
  • See estimated delivery dates
  • Receive delivery notifications

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@alorasense.com.

We cannot modify shipping addresses once an order has been processed and shipped.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs duties and taxes (charged by your country's customs office)
  • Additional processing time at customs
  • Import fees (the customer is responsible for these charges)

We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may be applied to your order. These charges are determined by your local customs office and vary by country.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at support@alorasense.com with your order number and tracking information. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
