We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your AloraSense product for any reason, you may return it within 90 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
This 90-day return period gives you plenty of time to try our product and experience its benefits. We want you to feel confident in your purchase.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The return request must be initiated within 90 days of the delivery date
- The product must be in its original condition (unused or gently used)
- The product must include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
- The product must not be damaged due to misuse or abuse
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@alorasense.com or use our contact form
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Our team will send you a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Package the product securely in its original packaging
- Ship the product back to us using the provided return address
Please do not return products without first contacting us and receiving a return authorization. Returns sent without authorization may be delayed in processing.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
- We sent you the wrong product
- The product does not match the description on our website
In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
For all other returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned product, we will:
- Inspect the product to ensure it meets our return conditions
- Process your refund within 5-10 business days
- Issue the refund to your original payment method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products returned after the 90-day return period
- Products that have been damaged due to misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear
- Products missing original packaging, accessories, or documentation
- Products that cannot be verified as purchased from AloraSense
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product or size, please return your original purchase and place a new order. We will process your return refund as described above.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@alorasense.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will work quickly to resolve the issue, which may include:
- Sending a replacement product at no cost
- Providing a full refund
- Arranging for a prepaid return label
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees associated with returning the product. We recommend contacting us before initiating an international return to discuss the best return method for your location.
